This end-to-end data science project enables researchers, students, and data analysts to explore over 3.1 million arXiv publications. Based on gathered user requirements, it clusters papers into 15 academic domains, analyzes research trends, predicts topics from titles and abstracts, and visualizes results through an interactive web dashboard using a memory-efficient processing pipeline.
